摘要
大柳塔煤矿采用精益化管理手段,通过记录井下开采过程的数据,利用价值流分析系统,计算出了精益化管理核心指标OEE。围绕该数据进行诊断,总结制定了有效的措施,达到了提能增效、降本增效的目的,形成了大柳塔煤矿"数据指导实践"的精益化管理模式。
Daliuta Coal Mine adopted the lean management method. According to the data records of underground mining process,the lean management core index OEE has been calculated with the value chain analysis system. The diagnosis about the data was performed,and effective measures have been formulated,which improved the efficiency with enhancing the ability and reducing the cost,and formed the lean management mode with'the data guiding practice'in Daliuta Coal Mine.
