格金法测定油页岩含油率的影响因素探讨

Discussion on the influencing factors of the oil content determination of oil shale with Gray-King method

结合油页岩含油率的试验原理及实践经验,从样品的称量、样品入干馏管、干馏管入干馏仪的时间、格金干馏仪的升温速度等方面分析了影响油页岩含油率测定的若干因素,并提出了相应的预防对策。

According to the testing principle of the oil content in oil shale and practical experience,this paper analyzed the factors which influence the of the oil content determination of oil shale from the aspects of sample weighing,sample into retorting tube,the time of retorting tube into analyzer and the heating rate of Gray-King retorting analyzer. Moreover,the preventive countermeasures were put forward.
