摘要
针对刮板输送机减速箱壳体轴承配合面在使用过程中造成的磨损问题,根据修复材料、方法及修复工艺的不同,选择补焊或刷镀修复。通过后续的数控镗铣加工,实现了铸铁减速箱壳体的修复再利用。
According to the differences of the repair material,repair method and repair technique,weld repairing and brush plating repairing were adopted for the bearing mating surface wear-out-failure of scrapper conveyor reduction gearbox. Based on the subsequent numerical control boring and milling,the repair and reuse of the cast-iron reduction gearbox have been realized.
