摘要
针对凉水井煤矿综采工作面块煤产出率较低的问题,提出了采面微差松动爆破预裂煤体方案,分析了松动爆破机理和影响因素,通过理论分析计算和现场试验,解决了松动爆破时效不稳定、参数不易控制、施工工序交叉及易于对综采设备产生爆破损伤等问题,达到了松动预裂煤体、提高块煤率的目的。在42111综采面的试验结果表明:机采面微差松动爆破可提高4%的块煤率。
According to the problem of low lump coal rate in Liangshuijing coal mine,the millisecond loose blasting which used in fully mechanized mining face was proposed. Based on the analysis of loose blasting mechanism and influencing factors,by the theoretical analysis and field test,the problems in loose blasting were solved. The field test of loose blasting in No. 42111 fully mechanized mining face shows that the lump coal rate increased about 4 percentage points.
