液压支架反冲洗过滤系统设计

Design of the back-flushing filtering system of hydraulic support

在役液压支架的过滤系统效果较差。系统供液不足,压力不稳定,造成维修成本增加。通过重新设计与改进过滤系统,实现了系统自动压差式、定时式、(压差+定时)式反冲洗。井下现场使用后,新过滤系统取得了较好的效果。

The filtration system of mine existing hydraulic supports has many advantages,such as the system supply is insufficient,the pressure is not stable and the maintenance cost is increased. Through redesign and improvement of the filtering system,the automatic back-flushing of filtering system was achieved. Actual application shows that the new filtering system achieved good effect.
