摘要
陕西黄陵二号煤矿有限公司开采的2#煤层顶、底板砂岩均含油型气。使用普通矿用坑道钻机只能施工穿层钻孔来预抽顶、底板的油型气,钻孔量大,抽采半径小,预抽效果差。采用ZDY6000型定向钻机在205综采工作面两顺槽向煤层顶、底板施工顺层定向长钻孔进行预抽油型气,实现了井下大范围内地质灾害探测及综合治理效应,为黄陵矿业围岩油型气治理探索了新路。
The sandstone in coal seam roof and floor contains petroliferous gas in No. two Shaanxi Huangling coal mine limited company mining of No. 2 are oil type gas in Huangling No. 2 Coal Mine. In the past,the ordinary mine tunnel drilling rig was used to pre-drain the petroliferous gas by constructing drillings through strata. The method existed many disadvantages of large drilling amount,small extraction radius and poor pre-drainage effect. By constructing bedding directional long borehole in seam roof and floor from mining roadways of No. 205 fully mechanized mining face with ZDY6000 directional drilling rig,the geological disaster detection and gas control was achieved. The result provides a new idea for petroliferous gas control in Huangling mining area.
