小庄选煤厂粗煤泥回收系统改造实践

Reformation practice of coarse slime recovery system in Xiaozhuang coal preparation plant

小庄选煤厂根据粗煤泥回收系统各处理粒级的指标特征,将块煤脱泥筛筛下煤泥管道改到末煤脱泥筛处理;沉降过滤式离心机来料截流至水力旋流器组中处理;弧形筛和粗煤泥离心机产生的煤泥水直接进入压滤机处理。这样做减少了系统煤泥量,成功解决了因为煤泥量大制约生产能力的问题。

Based on the analysis of coarse slime recovery system in Xiaozhuang coal preparation plant,the modification scheme was proposed,such as the treatment of coal slime from lump coal desliming sieve changed to fine coal desliming sieve,the incoming material treatment of screen bowl centrifuge changed to hydraulic cyclone,and the treatment of slime water produced by arc screen and coarse slime centrifuge changed to press filter. After the modification in Xiaozhuang coal preparation plant,the slime content was reduced and the production capacity was increased.
