针对锦界煤矿在生产过程中,可能突发的各种重大环境事件,从应急组织关系、环境风险分析、预防与预警、应急处置、后期处置、应急保障、监督与管理等方面进行论述,保障遇险人员得到及时有效的救助,维护社会稳定,保持煤矿环境可持续发展。

According to the all possible sudden major environmental events during the production process in Jinjie coal mine,for ensuring the timely and effective rescue to the persons in distress,maintaining social stability and keeping the sustainable development of coal mine environment,the emergency treatment plan was discussed from the aspects of the emergency organization relations,environmental risk analysis,prevention and early warning,emergency response,post disposal,emergency support,supervision and management.
