Study on the forced caving technology of fully mechanized mining face with 7m large mining height

为了保证综采工作面初采期间的顶板安全,防止顶板大面积突然垮落产生飓风造成人员伤害,运用深孔爆破进行强制放顶。针对7 m大采高综采面在巷道尺寸和设备参数的特点,对炮眼设计、装药工艺和强放流程进行了详细探讨。

In order to ensure the safety of fully mechanized working face in the preliminary mining period and to avoid large roof falling which may cause injuries,the forced caving method by long hole blasting was used. Based on the characteristics of the roadways and equipments in fully mechanized mining face with 7m large mining height,the blasthole design,charging process and forced caving process was discussed in detail.
