摘要
通过记录设备运行过程数据,利用价值流分析系统,确定系统瓶颈、统算精益化管理核心指标OEE;围绕OEE数据自我诊断、总结提出机电管理方面存在问题,按照精益思想制定有效的措施,闭环、稳步推进,提效降本,形成了独具大柳塔煤矿特色的"数据指导实践"精益化管理模式,为矿井机电设备安全高效运行提供了保障。这种管理模式有积极的推广参考价值。
By recording the equipment running data,using value stream analysis system,the system bottleneck was identified and the key index OEE of lean management was calculated. Using the OEE data self-diagnosis,the existed problems in mechanical and electrical management were proposed. Based on the lean thinking,the lean management model which has the unique characteristics of guiding practice by data was formed. The management model provides a guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of mine electromechanical equipment and has a positive reference value.
