神东矿区紧急避险逃生技术与示范工程建设研究

摘要 基于神东矿区现代化生产特点,分析了特大型矿井避险逃生系统建设问题,参考国内外先进成功的矿井救援模式,对神东矿区现有的避险系统进行完善。以大柳塔煤矿大柳塔井为示范矿井对逃生通道建设的关键问题进行研究和设计,提出新型的钻孔垂直提升救援模式,确定救援提升系统的技术参数,满足《安全规程》中对人员提升的安全要求,为神东矿区现代化矿井群紧急避险与应急救援提供高效的技术支撑。 Based on the modernized production characteristics in Shendong mining area,the existing problems of emergency escape system construction in oversize mine were analyzed. By the reference of the advanced rescue model at home and abroad,the existing emergency escape systems in Shendong mining area was improved. Taking the Daliuta mine as the demonstration,the key problems of escape channel construction were researched,the new vertical lifting rescue model was proposed and the technology parameters of rescue lifting system were determined,which can meet the safety requirements of personnel escape in 'safety regulations for coal mines'. The research can provides technology support for the construction of emergency escape and emergency rescue system in modern mine group of Shendong mining area.
