大柳塔煤矿连采设备集控运行的研究及应用 被引量:10

摘要 本着"降本增效,无人则安"的原则,充分发挥矿井自动化控制的优越性,神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿率先采用一套合理的连采工作面自动化控制方案。通过对井下现有设备进行自动化改造和工业环网的构建,借助德国PSI Ming系统平台,实现了连采工作面胶带机、给料破碎机、局部通风机、配电点等设备的远程监测和控制,达到了减员增效的目的。同时也减少了局部通风机无计划停风次数和时间,解决了作业人员长途跋涉到配电点送电等问题,不仅减轻了作业人员的工作量,而且给安全生产提供了有效保障。 Based on the principle of 'reducing cost,increasing benefit and reducing personnel',to develop the superiority of mine automation control,the automation control plan for continuous mining face was firstly designed in Daliuta coal mine. By the automatic reform of existing underground equipments and the construction of industrial ring net,based on the PSI Ming platform developed by Germany,the remote monitoring and control for the equipments in continuous mining face such as belt conveyor,feeder crusher,local ventilator and distribution point was realized,the goal of reducing staff and improving efficiency was achieved,the workload of operating personnel was reduced and the effective guarantee for safety production was provided.
