摘要 当前,我国对煤矿安全要求的越来越高,煤矿无人化自动工作面采煤技术是保障工作面安全开采的有效途径,已经被越来越多的煤矿企业所关注。本项目利用远程视频监控,MODBUS协议、传感器等技术将综采工作面设备的信息通过网络上传至地面调度室,把控制台与马蹄尔的岗位工和机头岗位工的工作融合成一个岗位在地面对综采设备进行监视和控制,这样可减少4名岗位工,提高了综采设备的自动化、信息化水平,增加了经济效益和安全效益,实现了煤矿减员增效。 At present,with the improvement of coal mine safety requirements,mine unmanned automatic mining technology has been concerned by more and more coal mining enterprises. Using the remote video monitoring,MODBUS protocol,sensors and other technologies,the equipment information of fully mechanized mining face was uploaded to the ground control room through the network,the equipments of fully mechanized mining face were monitored at the ground control room,the level of automation and information of fully mechanized mining equipment was greatly improved,the economic benefits and safety benefits were increased.
