薄煤层工作面开采设备选型方案优化

摘要 结合某矿薄煤层首采区地质构造复杂,顶板致密坚硬的特点,提出三种设备配置方案。通过技术、经济比较,最终选定了国产滚筒采煤机配合手动控制的液压支架的设备配置方案,适合该矿地质条件,易实现安全高产,投入和产出合理,技术可靠,为类似条件下薄煤层开采工作面设备的合理选择提供了借鉴。 On the analysis of thin coal seam mining, three equipment configuration plans were proposed according to features such as complex geological structure in the first mining area and hard roofs. By comparison of technology and economy, domestic shearer was selected matched by hydraulic support with manual control. The plan is fit for the geological condition and is easy to realize the safe and efficient production, with rational input-output ratio and reliable technology, which could be useful for the equipment selection under similar condition.
