对煤矿机电从业人员如何适应煤矿“四化”新要求的探讨

随着信息化与工业化的深度融合和"互联网+"的迅猛发展,国家强力推动提升煤矿机械化、自动化、信息化和智能化水平,智能化采煤工作面、掘进工作面在煤矿得到推广应用,势必要求煤矿从业人员的知识水平也相应提高。本文对目前煤矿企业机电从业人员的知识现状进行了分析,并针对机电从业人员知识结构不能有效适应煤矿"四化"新要求的问题,提出了调整的方向。

With the depth of the integration of informationization and industrialization and the rapid development of'Internet+',The state has strongly promoted and hoisted mechanization,automation,informatization and intelligent level.Intelligent coal working face and driving face are used in coal mine,it is certain that the knowledge level of coal mine workers should be improved accordingly.This paper analyzes the current knowledge of mechanical and electrical workers in coal mining enterprises,In view of the knowledge structure of electromechanical workers can not effectively adapt to the new requirements of coal mining,the direction of adjustment is put forward.
