采动影响下车场交岔巷道支护方案模拟与应用

摘要 针对车场复杂交错巷道的围岩稳定性差的问题,以晶鑫煤矿二采区车场为研究对象,根据其实际地质条件和生产条件提出了"锚杆+锚索+网+钢梁"联合支护方案,并通过数值模拟技术和现场监测结果进行了分析。分析表明,所提出的围岩控制支护结构位于围岩承载区的稳定岩层位置,可与围岩承载体共同起到良好的支护作用,能够充分发挥破碎岩体的锚固作用,对车场巷道变形的控制效果是显著的,可为其他类似条件下的矿井巷道支护提供参考。 To solve the poor stability of surrounding rocks in complex intersected roadways,taking No.2 mining shaft in Jingxin Mine as the study object,a combined supporting plan of boltanchor-mesh-beam was proposed on the actual geological and working condition.With numerical simulation and field monitoring,the results show that the supporting structure of the surrounding rocks is located on stable rocks,playing an ideal supporting role with its supporting body and a fully anchoring role in broken rocks.The structure effectively controlled the deformation of the shaft station,which could provide a reference for the similar mines.
