全自动定量带式装载系统的设计研究

摘要 针对现有主井装载系统结构复杂、使用维护不便、运行效率低、称重精度低的缺点,设计了一种全自动定量带式装载系统。该系统采用带式输送机作为物料称重和转运的载体,通过对称均匀布置的液压称重传感器实现精确称重,通过智能化控制系统可以实现精确称重、快速装载,避免超载现象发生,改善主井装卸载工作的连续性和平稳性,提高了矿井提升工作的安全性。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the loading system in main wells,including complex structure,inconvenient maintenance,low efficiency and low weighing accuracy,a loading system of automatic quantitative belt conveyor was designed.With the belt conveyor as a carrier for material weighing and transporting,the system realized accurate weighing by even arrangement of hydraulic weighing sensors.The intelligent control system could realize the accurate weighing and fast loading,avoid the overloading,improve the continuity and stability of the main well loading and unloading,and increase the safety of mine lifting.
