基于神东矿区水质的乳化油选型研究

摘要 基于神东矿区矿井水质的特性,从理论分析出发,研究水质对乳化液的影响,分析统计与之配比的水样形成液压液的性能指标,为矿区液压支架用高含水液压液提供一种可量化的指导依据,同时为神东矿区按照水质选用乳化油(浓缩液)提供数据支持。 Based on the water quality in Shendong mining area,its effect on emulsion was studied in terms of theory.We analyzed and calculated the performance index of the hydraulic fluid formed by the water mixture with emulsion at different ratios.It provides a measurable basis for high water content hydraulic fluid for hydraulic supports in mines and data supports for the selection of emulsified oil(concentrate)based on the water quality in Shendong mining area.
