惰性气体在治理高瓦斯综放工作面火灾中的应用

摘要 煤矿井下发生火灾,如不能及时采取有效措施扑灭火灾,会极大地影响矿井安全生产进度,威胁井下人员人身财产安全,造成不可预计的后果。针对铁峰煤矿N1203综放工作面发生的火灾,分析了火灾发生原因,属于外因火灾,富氧富燃料预混燃烧,提出了封闭火区与惰性气体N2和CO2惰化阻燃阻爆的灭火措施。实践表明,封闭火区注入惰性气体N2和CO2极大地降低了O2和瓦斯浓度,对灭火起到了极好的效果。 If effective measures fail to be taken in time,fires in coal mines will greatly impact the safety production progress,threaten the safety of underground personnel,and cause unpredictable consequences.On the cause analysis of the fire of the N1203 fully mechanized caving face in Tiefeng Coal Mine,the study conclude that the fire was caused by the external fire and the oxygen-rich fuel was premixed and burned.Therefore,this paper proposes fire-extinguishing measures,including the closed fire zone and inerting fire extinguishing with the inert gases,such as N2 and CO2.The practice has shown that the injection of inert gases N2 and CO2in the closed fire zone greatly reduces the O2 and gas concentration,which has a great effect on the fire extinguishing.
