农民内生动力提升视角下乡村振兴实施机制研究

Study on the implementation mechanism of rural revitalization from the perspective of peasants′ endogenous motivation promotion

习近平总书记强调:'要尊重广大农民意愿,激发广大农民积极性、主动性、创造性,激活乡村振兴内生动力,让广大农民在乡村振兴中有更多获得感、幸福感和安全感。'实施乡村振兴,基础在农业,关键在农民。农民是乡村振兴的直接参与者和践行者,要充分发挥农民的主力军作用。农村的现代化建设离不开农民,在农业发展的进程中,关注农民发展,激发农民的内生动力。要注重发挥农民的主体性作用,助推农业适度规模化生产的顺利进行,减轻农民的劳作压力;要调动农民的积极性,助力农业产业化的发展壮大,实现农业的大发展大繁荣;要激发农民的创造活力,推动现代农业文化的建设,丰富农民的文化生活,让中国农民收获更多的幸福感、安全感和自豪感。

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed:'We should respect the wishes of farmers,stimulate their enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,activate the endogenous motive force of rural revitalization,and let farmers have more sense of gain,happiness and security in rural revitalization.'The implementation of Rural Revitalization is based on agriculture and the key is farmers.Farmers are the direct participants and practitioners of rural revitalization.In the process of agricultural development,we should pay attention to the development of farmers and stimulate their endogenous power.We should give full play to the main role of farmers,promote the smooth progress of moderately large-scale production of agriculture,reduce the pressure of farmers’work;arouse their enthusiasm,help the development of agricultural industrialization,and realize the great development and prosperity of agriculture;stimulate farmers′creativity,promote the construction of modern agricultural culture,enrich farmers’cultural life,and let Chinese farmers harvest more happiness,security and pride.
