乡村产业振兴中的人才队伍建设探讨——基于贵州省贫困地区的调查

Research on the construction of talent team in the rural industrial development——based on the investigation and analysis of the poor areas in Guizhou Province

乡村地区通过农业供给侧结构改革和产业全面布局,既筑牢了产业基础,也将为百姓致富提供有力保障。与过去相比,贫困地区乡村产业推进的如火如荼,开启了乡村产业发展的新局面,人才需求量大大增加。在激活乡村产业的同时,现有产业技术人才较少、农业服务人员专业不精、挂职专家优势整合乏力、现有产业人才动力不足和产业技术'传帮带'渠道欠缺等问题,又成为了乡村产业发展的瓶颈。人才支撑不足将制约乡村产业的良性发展,包括潜在的风险更不可忽视。为促进乡村产业提质增效,研究将深入分析有关现象,以提出乡村产业人才队伍建设的对策建议。

Rural areas will not only strengthen the industrial base through the reform of the supply side structure of agriculture and the overall industrial layout,but also provide a strong guarantee for people’s prosperity.Compared with the past,the rural industries in poverty-stricken areas have been in full swing,which has opened up a new situation in the development of rural industries,and the demand for talents has greatly increased.However,in this process,the existing problems such as inadequate industrial and technical personnel,unskilled agricultural service personnel,the unintegrated advantages of the dispatched experts,insufficient motivation of existing industrial talents and lack of channels of passing on experience of industrial technology have become bottlenecks in the development of rural industry.Lack of talent support will restrict the healthy development of rural industries,including potential risks that cannot be ignored.In order to promote the quality and efficiency of rural industries,the research will analyze the relevant phenomena and try to propose countermeasures to promote the construction of rural industrial talents.
