Path dependence of realizing sustainable livelihood for the rural reservoir migrants of Western China

从可持续生计的概念出发,分析了西部农村水库移民实现可持续生计的困境。在此基础上,提出了西部农村水库移民实现可持续生计的路径,即继续发挥政府的主导作用,逐步优化库区金融生态环境,严格监管和科学评价相关规划,创新水库移民的社会治理和积极践行'参与式发展'的理念,以期为西部农村水库移民可持续生计的实现提供政策参考。

Starting from the concept of sustainable livelihood,this paper analyses the predicament of rural reservoir migrants in Western China in realizing sustainable livelihood.On this basis,the path is put forward-continuing to keep the government’s leading role;gradually optimizing the financial ecological environment of the reservoir area;strictly supervising and scientifically evaluating the relevant planning,innovating the social governance of reservoir immigrants and actively implementing the concept of'participatory development'.This paper aims to provide policy reference for the realization of sustainable livelihood of rural reservoir migrants in Western China.
