摘要
在全面停伐的大背景下,国有森工企业的传统发展方式难以为继,国有林区陷入社会发展困境、林区职工民生困难、创新乏力等问题。根据企业转型的相关理论,对国有森工企业转型创新发展的现状进行分析,构建出技术创新程度、管理创新程度、社会创新程度和文化创新程度四类核心要素的指标体系,用模糊综合评判法对创新程度进行评价。得出国有森工企业的创新程度一般,需要提升技术创新的投入力度,降低社会创新的投入力度。根据结论对国有森工企业转型创新发展方向提出对策建议。
Under the general background of stopping logging,the traditional development mode of state-owned forest industry enterprises cannot be sustained,and the social development of state-owned forest areas is in trouble,the livelihood of forest workers is difficult,and the innovation practice is not in sight.According to the relevant theories of enterprise transformation,this paper analyzes the current situation of the transformation and innovation development of state-owned forest industry enterprises,constructs the index system of four core elements,namely,the degree of technological innovation,the degree of management innovation,the degree of social innovation and the degree of cultural innovation,and evaluates the degree of innovation with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.It is concluded that the innovation degree of state-owned forest industry enterprises is general,and it is necessary to enhance the investment intensity of technological innovation and reduce the investment intensity of social innovation.Based on the conclusion,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the transformation and innovation development of state-owned forest industry enterprises.
