淮河生态经济带农村人力资本的增收效应及其空间特征研究

Effect of the increase and spatial characteristics of rural human capital in the huaihe river economic belt

农村发展的关键在于农村人力资本水平的提升,研究农村人力资本的增收效应一直以来是关注热点。基于淮河生态经济带21个地级市2007—2016年城市面板数据,分别利用静态空间计量模型和动态空间计量模型,从空间角度研究了淮河生态经济带农村人力资本的增收效应。研究发现:首先,淮河生态经济带农村人力资本的空间集聚效应凸出,本地区农村人力资本对邻近地区农民收入的影响显著为正,也即农村人力资本对邻近地区农民增收具有明显的空间溢出效应;其次,产业结构、农业生产资料、农村居民健康水平、城镇化水平、人口密度、经济发展水平是淮河生态经济带农民增收效应的重要影响因素;最后,当地农村居民收入水平具有内生驱动和外生依赖的双重特征。

The key to rural development lies in the improvement of rural human capital level.The study on the effect of rural human capital growth has always been a hot spot.Based on the 2007—2016 urban panel data of 21 prefecture-level cities in the Huaihe Ecological Economic Belt,this paper uses the static spatial econometric model and the dynamic spatial econometric model to examine the spatial correlation of the rural human capital increase effect in the Huaihe eco-economic belt.Firstly,the spatial agglomeration effect of rural human capital in the Huaihe ecological economic belt is prominent.The impact of rural human capital on the income of farmers in the neighboring areas is significantly positive,that is,rural human capital has obvious spatial spillover effect on farmers’income in neighboring areas.Industrial structure,agricultural production materials,rural residents′health level,urbanization level,population density,and economic development level are important factors influencing the income increase of farmers in the Huaihe ecological economic belt.Finally,the income level of local rural residents has endogenous motivation and exogenous dependence.
