摘要
本文报告了几种化学药物对兔粪中球虫卯囊的抑杀作用,并比较了两种不同试验方法的效果差异。认为粪球经药物浸泡一定时间,取出水洗,再以饱和盐水漂浮法收集卵囊进行培养以观察药效的方法,既切合实际又能找出药物显效的准确时间。并初步认为5%的氨水可用于养兔个体户及专业户兔舍的消毒。
Effect of several chemicals repressing coccidial oscystes which were contained in rabbit feces was tested and the difference of the effects of two testing methods were compared.It is more practical to sock the feces in the chemical solutions for a certain period of time,and rinse with tap water,and then collect the coccidial oscystes for cultures to observe the inhibiting effects of chemicals on them.with this method the exact time to repress the development of the oscystes can be deter. mined.From our preliminary study a 5% solution of ammonia may be used to disinfect rabbit pens of special househeld raisers.
