基于ADAMS的往复式谷物振动筛设计与试验 被引量:11

摘要 [目的]本文旨在提高脱粒机脱出物的筛分和清选效果,提高作业质量。[方法]设计了一种往复式振动筛,分析了谷物在筛面的受力情况和运动特性,建立了筛子的位移方程,并用ADAMS软件对振动筛的运动特征进行了仿真分析。[结果]求解出不同状态下谷物在筛面上的运动特征值,得到了连杆、摇杆及筛面上的点的运动特征曲线。试验结果表明,当振动筛的振动频率为25.12 rad·s^(-1),筛面的安装倾角为2°,振动方向角为23°时,筛分效率为89.8%,输送速度为0.133 m·s^(-1),可以满足谷物的筛分和输送要求,实现筛分和气流清选的有效配合。[结论]本研究为各物振动筛的结构设计及优化提供了一定的理论依据。 [Objective] The study was aimed to improve the screening and cleaning efficiency of thresher and enhance the job quality.[Methods] In this study, a reciprocating vibrating screen was designed. The stress and motion characteristics of grains on the screen surface were analyzed. The displacement equation of the sieve was established. The motion characteristics of the vibrating screen were simulated using ADAMS software. [Results] The characteristic values of grain motion on the sieve surface under different conditions were calculated, and the motion characteristic curves of the points on the connecting rod, the rocker, and the screen surface were obtained.The results showed that under the condition that the vibration frequency of the vibrating screen was 25.12 rad·s-1 with the installation angle of the screen surface at 2°, and the vibration direction angle was 23°, the screening efficiency could reach up to 89.8% with the conveying speed at 0.133 m·s-1. [Conclusion] The developed system can meet the screening and conveying requirement of grains and achieve effective cooperation between screening and airflow cleaning.
