摘要 减速器的NEDC效率能直接反映电动汽车的经济性指标,电动汽车开发过程中,设计高效率的减速器具有重要的意义。文章分析了影响减速器效率的各种因素,从箱体内部结构、轴承的影响、油品粘度、油量等方面对减速器进行优化和设计,并对优化前后的减速器进行效率测试,通过测试结果可以看出,优化后的减速器效率提升明显,其NEDC效率可高达95.8%,超过了国内先进水平。 The NEDC efficiency of the reducer can directly reflect the economic index of the electric vehicle. It is of great significance to design efficient reducer in the process of developing electric vehicles. This paper analyses various factors affecting the efficiency of the reducer, optimizes and designs the reducer from the aspects of the inner structure of the reducer,the influence of bearings, the oil viscosity and the oil quantity, and tests the efficiency of the reducer before and after optimization. The test results show that the efficiency of the optimized reducer is obviously improved, and its NEDC efficiency can reach 95.8%, which exceeds the domestic advanced level.
