对外开放背景下我国燃料电池汽车产业发展策略研究

Research on Development Strategy of Fuel Cell Vehicle Industry in China under the Background of Opening-up

燃料电池汽车是我国汽车产业转型升级的重要方向之一,目前我国已经放开新能源汽车合资企业数量和股比限制,外资企业将加大力度在华布局新能源汽车产业。文章深入研究了我国燃料电池汽车产业在关键零部件、整车等方面的国际竞争力,并提出了开展高水平国际合作,提高技术引进质量;完善政策扶持体系,营造良好的产业发展环境;实施扶优扶强策略,加快提升国内企业竞争力;推动产业链协同发展,实现规模经济等发展建议。

Fuel cell vehicle is one of the most important directions of China’s automotive industry. At present, China has liberalized the number of joint ventures and the proportion of joint ventures in new energy vehicles. Foreign-funded enterprises will speed up their entry into China’s new energy vehicle market. In this paper, the international competitiveness of fuel cell vehicle industry in China was studied, and high-level international cooperation was proposed to improve the quality of technology import;policy support system was improved to create a good environment for industrial development;the strategy of supporting superiority and strengthening was implemented to speed up the competitiveness of domestic enterprises;and the coordinated development of industrial chain was promoted to achieve economies of scale.
