摘要
为了提高电动汽车电机动力输出连接装置的可靠性,提升电动汽车的整车使用寿命,针对频繁出现的电机输出轴花键的损坏问题,利用Pro/E建立了电动汽车驱动电机动力输出连接的三维建模,并通过Ansys Workbench对模型进行了模态分析,根据分析结论,对该连接部位结构进行了优化。
In order to improve the reliability of the power output connection device, and improve the service life of the electric vehicle. Aiming at the high frequent damage on the spline of motor output shaft. We established the 3D model of the power output connection device by Pro/E. Finished the modal analysis of the 3D model by Ansys Workbench. Through the analysis, we optimized the structure of output connection device.
