The design and application of a multifunctional roof assembly

顶盖总成是车身总成中一个相对独立又必不可少的结构单元,随着消费者对汽车产品需求的多元化、个性化的要求越来越高,汽车顶盖形式也越来越丰富多样,当前比较流行的汽车顶盖形式有:全金属顶、天窗顶、全景天窗顶、全景玻璃顶等。文章基于车身开发的实践经验,总结了一种多功能的顶盖车身结构,实现了以最小的投资实现多种顶盖结构样式。

Roof assembly is a relatively independent body assemblies and the structure elements, as consumer demand for automobile products diversified and personalized demand is higher and higher, the car roof is becoming more and more rich and varied in form, the current relatively popular in the car roof forms are: full metal roof, sunroof, panoramic sunroof,panoramic glass roof, etc. Based on the practical experience of car body development, this paper summarizes a kind of multi-function roof body structure, and realizes multiple roof structures with minimum investment.
