摘要
车辆耐撞性研究是当前车辆被动安全领域的前沿方向,对于提高道路交通安全水平有非常重要的意义,而薄壁管结构优化是提高车辆耐撞性最为有效的方法之一。详细阐释车辆耐撞性的涵义,叙述薄壁管结构优化方法理论支撑;回顾薄壁管优化车辆耐撞性研究发展历程,概括主要研究的内容、方法以及成果,并提出薄壁管综合分析的耐撞性方法前沿;对比分析不同的结构优化设计研究方法之间的优劣;总结了薄壁管优化耐撞性研究的发展前景。
Researches on vehicle crashworthiness are the frontier in the current vehicle passive safety field, which is very important for the improvement of road traffic safety. One of the most effective methods to improve the crashworthiness is to optimize the thin-walled tubular structure. The definition of vehicle crashworthiness and the structural optimization theories of thin-walled tubular components were first identified. Then, the development processes, methodologies and results for the structural optimization of thin-walled tubular components for crashworthiness were reviewed. Finally, the latest research direction of structural synthesis of thin-walled tubular components was proposed, comparison among different structural optimization methods were presented, and the development prospect of the structural optimization of thin-walled tubular components for crashworthiness was recommended.
