摘要
对某乘用车手动变速器动态换挡性能进行了主观评估及客观GSA测试可知,此手动变速器动态换挡性能2升3存在"二次冲击"等问题,结合某对标变速器主客观评价指标,理论分析了二次冲击产生的原因,在保证倒锥接触长度不减小的基础上,通过减小同步器齿厚和模数可减小变速器的二次冲击,并再次通过主客观测试评估,验证了改进方案的合理性及有效性。
It shows that the manual transmission has’double bump’shifting 2→3 through the objective test--GSA,The paper theoretically analyzes the cause of the’double bump’,and the’double bump’of the transmission can be reduced by reducing the tooth thickness and modulus of the synchronizer.Through the subjective and objective test evaluation,the rationality and effectiveness of the improvement scheme are verified.
