自动变速器电子泵起停耐久测试研究

摘要 文章介绍了一种专门用于对自动变速器电子泵进行起停耐久测试的试验台架,试验装置使用PLC作为控制器,通过PLC对发动机的起动和停止、电子泵的运行和停止进行控制,试验过程中自动监控运转状态,使用恒温控制装置保证变速器油温在需求范围内,实现了在台架上进行电子泵起停耐久考核。 This paper introduces a test bench which is specially designed for the endurance test of an automatic transmission electronic pump for lifting and stopping. The test device uses PLC as a controller. Through PLC, the starting and stopping of the engine, the operation and stop of the electronic pump are controlled. The running state is automatically monitored during the test process, and the constant temperature control device is used to guarantee the operation. The transmission oil tempera-ture is within the demand range, and the electronic pump starting and stopping durability assessment is realized on the bench.
