摘要
为满足企业岗位需求,适应不断发展变化的汽车售后服务市场,基于本校汽车维修实训课程模块化认证教学模式改革成果,文章从就业现状、企业岗位需求、毕业生技能需求、毕业生发展需求四个方面开展学生岗位适应度调研分析。验证课程改革实施方案实际效果并对方案做出了适当调整,以适应不断发展的企业岗位能力需求。
In order to meet the job demands of enterprises, higher vocational college must adapt to changing automotive after-sales market.The paper analyzes the results of the survey on students’ post fitness, which based on the achievements that the modular teaching types reform of our school ‘s automobile maintenance training course have achieved. We analyze from four aspects: employment status, job demands of enterprises, skills demands of graduates and development demands of graduates. In order to adapt to the continuous development of the enterprise post capacity needs, we testified the actual effectiveness of the reform implementation scheme and made certain adjustments.
