高职院校学生创新能力评估探析

Evaluation Analysis of Higher Vocational College Students' Innovative Ability

创新是一个民族的灵魂,是一个国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。当前我国高职教育快速发展,学生创新能力的培养亟待加强,论文分析了目前造成高职院校学生缺乏创新能力的原因,结合高职院校实际,设计构建了一套高职院校学生创新能力评估体系,为高职院校学生创新能力培养提供可操作化和定量化的理论及方法,对于改进高职院校人才培养模式,浓厚学术氛围、提升学生创新能力具有现实意义。

Innovation is the soul of a nation and the unexhausted power for its development. At present,our country's vocational colleges and vocational education are in a rapid development,but the training mode of vocational education and the students' innovative training demand which is still a large gap. Combining the reality of stuation in vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the present causes of the vocational college students who are lack of innovation ability,and a evaluation system of vocational college students' innovative ability is designed,which provide operational and quantitative theory and method for training the vocational college students' abilities. This paper has realistic meaning for advancing the pattern of vocational education,creating academic atmosphere and promoting students' innovative abilities.
