企业用人需求与职业院校应用文写作教学探究

On Vocational Writing's Teaching via Enterprise's Employment Demands

通过到企业参观、调研,了解到企业对职业院校毕业生的能力和素质要求,特别是企业对学生语文应用能力的要求。本文结合语文教师的文以载道任务,关注职业院校学生的求职和职业发展,培养其职场竞争力,探究改进应用文写作教学的路径。

With the investigation in enterprises,the author of the essay learned enterprises' demand on competency and quality of middle vocational graduates,especially the request of applicable Chinese writing( language applicative ability is one of the core vocational competencies that middle vocational students must grasp). Combining with the task of writing delivering ethics for linguistic teacher,the essay mainly concentrated on middle vocational students' job application and professional development. To cultivate their competency in job market,we must give priority to improving vocational writing's teaching.
