摘要
学校档案工作是一项复杂且系统的工作,学校档案的发展与建设受多种因素制约,这当中最重要、最关键也是发挥主导作用的因素就是人,即学校档案工作人员。因此,要想提高学校档案工作质量,首先是要加强对学校档案工作人员的素质要求。
School archives work is a complicated and system of work,school development and construction of archives is conditioned by many factors,among which the most important and the most critical factor is the people is to play a leading role,the school archives work personnel. Thus,to improve the quality of archives work in the school,the first is to strengthen the school archives work personnel's quality requirements.
