摘要
2012年第一批90后大学生步入职场,让中国企业正式进入了90后职场元年。本文基于马斯洛需求层次理论,对90后员工的行为特征进行分析,从人力资源管理的招聘与配置、培训与开发、薪酬福利管理、绩效考核和劳动关系五大模块为出发点对90后员工提出了相应的管理策略。
With the entry of the first Post 90' s students' emergence into the professional realm in 2012,Chinese enterprises formally paced into the first year of Post 90' s. By the time moving,an inevitable fact is that the current Post 90' s have become main force and simultaneously the prominent users or clients of enterprises. Yet owing to some enterprises limitation from viewpoint in current China,its managemental sytem lag behind the rapid transformation of factual demand,thus,confronting with the employees of Post 90' s,there exist much problems in managing sytem,mechanism construction,enterprise culture. Based on the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,in accrodance with the malpractice of manpower management of China' s state-run enterprises,the essay analyzes the behaviral charactericstics of Post 90' s and proposes relevant strategies on five modes as starting points via employment and settings of manpower resource's management,training and exploitation,payment and welfare maintaining,effectiveness examination and labor relationship.
