随着社会经济、文化的发展,影响"90后"高职学生职业价值观的因素是多方面的,因此教育和引导"90后"高职学生形成健康科学的职业价值观是一项系统工程。本文从"90后"高职学生职业价值观的现状入手,探讨其成因和相应的教育对策,针对其职业价值观的新变化、新特点,不断改革教育内容和教育方式,构建"四位一体"的职业价值观培育体系,形成合力,引导"90后"高职学生树立科学正确的职业价值观。

With the development of social economy and culture,there are many factors that influence the'90s'vocational students' vocational values,so it is a systematic project to educate and guide the college students to form a healthy and scientific professional values. This article from the'90s'vocational school students in the status quo of the professional values,to explore the formation and the corresponding educational countermeasures the causes,constantly reform education content and the way of education to the new changes and characteristics of their professional values. Construction of'four in one'professional values cultivation system to guide the'90s'vocational college students to establish a scientific and correct professional values.
