安吴青训班作为培养抗战青年干部的教育机关,其教务管理遵从抗日民族统一战线办学方针,紧密结合自身办学条件,合理设置教务机构、优化培训课程方案,改进教学管理方式和学员学习方法指导,加强学员自主管理、严格师资培养选聘,培养了一大批政治信仰坚定、军事基础扎实的青年干部骨干,为抗日民族统一战线工作做出巨大贡献,也对进一步做好当前青年干部管理和教育培训留下了宝贵的历史经验。

As an educational organization for training young cadres in the Anti-Japanese War,Anwu Youth Training School complied with the school-running policy of the Anti-Japanese National United Front,closely combined its own school-running conditions,rationally established educational institutions,optimized training courses,improved teaching management methods and the guidance of students′learning methods,strengthened students′self-management,strictly trained and recruited teachers,and cultivated a large number of young cadres with firm political beliefs and solid military foundation.The school made great contributions to the work of the anti-Japanese National United front,and left valuable historical experience for further improving the management and education and training of young cadres.
