摘要 中部引黄输水隧洞施工断面小,多个洞口斜井运输坡度大,采用绞车有轨出渣形式,承担运输任务重,存在较大安全风险。在中部引黄工程建设过程中,绞车出渣系统运行安全已经成为安全管理和风险源控制中极为重要的一环,如何保证绞车出渣系统运行安全,也是保证工程施工正常进行和人身安全的关键。文中通过对提升机系统及钢丝绳连接、信号系统等方面着重阐述安全管理经验,以期进一步提高安全运输管理水平。 The water conveyance tunnels of the Central Yellow River Diversion Project have small construction sections,and many inclined shafts have steep gradient. Winch slag transportation with track has heavy transportation tasks and great safety risks. During the construction of the Central Yellow River Diversion Project,the operation safety of winch slag system has been an extremely important part of safety management and risk source control. Ensuring the operation safety of winch slag system is the key of ensuring the normal construction and personal safety. Safety management experiences were emphasized from the aspects of hoisting system,steel wire rope connection and signal system,so as to further improve the transportation safety management level.
