Construction quality of homogeneous earth dam is related to the running safety of water-retaining buildings. There must be a strict quality control system,to implement hierarchical management,to do a good job of detecting key parts and processes,so that to ensure the dam filling quality. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the project construction of Xisuixing earth dam in Xinfu District,and introduces the construction method and construction process. The quality control measures of filling key parts of the earth dam are pointed out. It can ensure the safety of the dam and the normal performance of the reservoir benefits.
