汾河运城段入河排污口排放标准探讨

Investigate on Discharge Standard for Sewage Outlet of the Yuncheng Section of Fen River

汾河运城段地处汾河最下游,目前入境水质污染严重,境内34处排污口排污,使水质进一步恶化。制定排污口的排放标准有水环境容量法和浓度控制法,前者理论上合理,适合于新建排污口的设置论证;后者操作上可行,适用于现有排污口的运行管理。

Yuncheng section is located at the lower reaches of the Fen River. At present,the inbound water quality is polluted seriously. The intra-region 34 sewage outlets make the water quality worsen further. The discharge standard for sewage outlet includes water environmental capacity method and concentration control method. The former is reasonable in theory,which is suitable for demonstration of setting newly-built sewage outlet. The latter is feasible for operation,which is applicable to operation management of existing sewage outlet.
