5-甲基-4-(1-氮杂环丙基)吡咯并三嗪-6-甲酸乙酯的合成及表征

Synthesis and structure characterization of ethyl 4-(aziridin-1-yl)-5-methylpyrrolotriazine-6-carboxylate

摘要 以3-甲基-2-氰基吡咯-4-甲酸乙酯为原料,经3步反应合成了一个含吡咯并三嗪母核结构的新颖化合物5-甲基-4-(1-氮杂环丙基)吡咯并[2,1-f][1,2,4]三嗪-6-甲酸乙酯。通过对其合成过程中的反应条件优化,三步反应以总收率43%制得目标产物。反应所及中间体和最终产物通过1 H NMR、13C NMR、HRMS、FTIR进行了结构表征。 A novel compound,ethyl 4-(aziridin-1-yl)-5-methylpyrrolo[1,2-f][1,2,4]triazine-6-carboxylate,was synthesized from ethyl 3-methyl-2-cyanopyrrole-4-carboxylate through a new route included 3 step reactions with an overall yield of 43%.The structures of intermediates and target product were characterized by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR,HRMS and FTIR.
