摘要
继承人培养方式对于家族企业顺畅传承具有重要意义。本文识别了两种培养方式,一是共处学习,即在任企业家以手把手的方式对继承人进行培养;二是分离学习,即继承人在家族企业内部或外部独立运营一个部门或业务单元,在任企业家承担指导者的角色。基于知识观视角的分析表明,家族企业传承过程中代际需要传递的隐性知识的类别决定了继承人的培养方式。
Successor nurturing is vital to the smooth succession of family business. This paper identifies two nurturing styles: learning alongside in which the incumbent coaches the successor through side-by-side hands-on training and learning apart in which the incumbent mentors but lets the successor independently manage a division or a business within or outside the family firm. From the knowledge-based perspective,this paper argues that the need for passing diversified tacit knowledge between the incumbent and the successor determines the successor nurturing styles.
