增权理论视角下老年人个人慈善捐赠行为研究

Personal Charitable Donations of the Elderly from the Perspective of Empowerment Theory

当前,老年人的个人慈善捐赠行为作为老年人参与社会再分配,融入社会生活的重要途径,越来越被人们所关注。然而,在社会慈善事业中,老年人始终处于弱势的无权或者弱权地位。文章通过增权理论对导致老年人的无权、弱权地位的原因分析,认为导致该现象的原因主要来自老年人自身、其人际关系以及社会和慈善组织等多个方面。必须通过采取个体主动模式和外力推动模式相结合的方式为老年人进行赋权增能,鼓励和帮助其个人慈善捐赠行为的发展。

Currently,as an indispensable way for the elderly to participate in social redistribution and integrate into social life,the personal charitable donations of the elderly have drawn growing attention of the public. However,in the social philanthropy,the elderly have long been in the status of no power or weak power. Based on the Empowerment Theory,this paper analyzes the causes leading to the lower status of the elderly in the lack of power from the perspectives of the elderly themselves,interpersonal relationship and social and charitable organizations. It is a necessity to empower the elderly by the combination of individual spontaneity and external drive to encourage and facilitate the development of their individual charitable donations.
