依法治国视域下“法”的意蕴探析

Connotations of " Law" from the Perspective of the Rule of Law

党的十八届四中全会提出了"全面推进依法治国"的基本方略,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键步骤。依法治国的前提是有法可依,依法治国视域下的"法"的意蕴内含着以下规定:党领导人民制定法律,同时党的一切行动要依法而行;依法治国的"法"是最广大人民意志的集中体现;依法治国的"法"必须结合中国国情、展现中国风格。

The basic strategy of "comprehensively promoting the rule of law" advanced by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of CPC is a key step in the promotion of the national governance system and modernization of governance ability. The premise of the rule of law is that there must be laws to abide by. From the perspective of the rule of law, the connotations of law are as follows:Laws are made under the Party leadership;all actions of the Party must follow the law;"law" in this regard epitomi-zes the will of the majority of people;"law" in this regard must be combined with China's national conditions and exhibit a Chinese style.
