民营企业经营风险预警体系构建与实证研究——以浙江省为例

An Empirical Study of Constructing Early Warning System of Private Enterprises Operation Risk: A case Study of Zhejiang Province

结合前人分析经营风险预警体系的基本逻辑,根据浙江民营企业群体的实际状况,从企业的内、外部影响因素出发,确定其在动态的经营系统中存在的风险类型、权重及标准,通过专家意见法、层次分析法等构建了一个相对完善的浙江民营企业经营风险预警体系,最后以浙江G股份有限公司为例,验证相关研究结论。

Combined with the basic logic of the previous research on the early warning system of operation risk,according to the actual situation of private enterprise clusters in Zhejiang province,and from the internal and external factors of the enterprises,this paper analyzes its risk types,and the weights and standards in the dynamic operating system. Through expert opinions method and analytic hierarchy process,a relatively sound early warning system of the operation risk for private enterprises in Zhejiang province is constructed. The relative research conclusion is finally verified by a company limited in Zhejiang province.
