私营企业收入分配不公及对策——基于马克思劳资关系理论

Analysis of Unfair Income Distribution of Private Enterprises and Its Countermeasures——Based on Marx's Theory of Labor Capital Relations

摘要 马克思的劳资关系理论是马克思政治经济学的重要组成部分,运用马克思劳资关系理论,阐述当今私营企业收入分配不公的现状,其原因在于劳资关系不平衡以及资本所有者对生产成本的压缩和对利润的追逐,建议加强法律、法规的制定和实施,通过集体谈判,完善社会保障制度来解决分配不公问题. Marx's theory of labor capital relations is an important part of Marx's political economics.Grounded upon this theory,the paper describes the status quo of unfair income distribution of current private enterprises and reveals that the reason lies in the imbalance of labor relations and the capital owners' compressed production costs and their over- pursuit of profit.It therefore proposes the following ways to solve the related problem by strengthening the development and implementation of laws,rules and regulations,and perfecting the social security system through collective negotiations.
