论依法规范我国的移民中介机构

On Legal Regulation of Migration Agents in China

伴随着全球化程度的加深和综合国力的不断增强,我国逐步迈入移民大国的行列.海外移民队伍的不断扩大,促进了移民中介的快速发展.然而,因缺乏完善的法律规范机制,行业自律与他律不足,我国的移民中介在发展中伴随着一些问题,如主体资格存疑、业务收费不合理、申请材料造假等.建议从健全相关法制、由主管部门设计移民服务合同范本、从业人员资格认证、加强外部监管与行业自律四个方面予以规范.

With the development of globalization and national power,China has become a big migration country.The increasing number of overseas immigrants greatly promotes the prosperity of migration agents in China.However,a series of problems exist,such as questionable qualification,unreasonable charge and material fraud due to the lack of proper regulations.This paper suggests perfecting relevant rules,establishing certification on qualification of employees,and enhancing external supervision and self- discipline to tackle the problems stated above.
